A truly bold and beautiful 1930's vintage Eterna chronograph in solid 14k gold with fantastic wide, horn style lugs and original dial housing the famous Valjoux caliber 22 movement within. The case measures a full 37mm in diameter excluding the crown giving it a very large presence on the wrist especially with those heavy curved lugs. While slightly aged, the factory original Deco style dial still looks superb with a lovely champagne, golden background, simple printed stick markers and thin baton hands. The push buttons do show some wear, but to me do not distract from the beautiful Art Deco vintage feel of this high quality chronograph. The watch has been freshly serviced by our watchmaker with all functions working well, ready to wear.
