Rafal and team took good care of me! I purchased a watch strap for $150 less than a year ago from Lugaro and it was already falling apart. I went into Francis Jewellers and Rafal and his amazing team was patient and knowledgeable about finding me my ideal strap. Italian made at a fantastic price! They are amazing. I don't know the name of the lady that was helping me, but she was so receptive and helpful. In the end of May I was getting a bracelet engraved with geo-coordiates for my girlfriend. I asked to remove the degrees symbol but not the periods...in my rush there must have been some miscommunication (I was on my lunch break and needed to get back) and the periods were removed too. When I picked up the bracelet, I noticed this and was a little bummed. The clerked asked if it turned out alright, and I said yes (y'know cause I'm Canadian and polite, but mostly because whatever was engraved is already there and I can deal with it). Well the clerk noticed and double checked with me. I let her know about the periods and she gave me a discount. That clerk was so amazing by double checking in with me. She deserves some praise, and the engraving looks very beautiful. Thank you so much!
